Delivery

• Orders within Nigeria are delivered within 4–5 working days, unless otherwise communicated.
• International orders are shipped via DHL and typically arrive within 5–7 working days.
• A signature is required upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Please read the guidelines below carefully. The item(s) must be received by us within the specified timeframe to qualify:

• Fabrics are non-refundable but may be exchanged within 48 hours of our receipt of the returned item(s).
• Jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Ready-to-Wear items may be exchanged for store credit if received within 7 days of the original delivery date.

Returns received outside the specified window will not be accepted.
